This month Ella went to the fireworks display on Blackheath with her friends, all of them adorned with glowsticks and glow-bracelets. She helped to refurbish the cupboard under the stairs as a dressing-up closet. And she went to Tate Britain to see the Francis Bacon and Turner Prize shows, both of which she thought were a bit mad.
